The name of this Lodge shall be Pasco Lodge, No. 173 F. & A. M. of Washington.
Section 1. The Stated Communications of this Lodge shall be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month except July and August, at the hour of 7:30 PM.
Section 2. All communications of this Lodge shall be held in the Columbia Basin Shrine Club, 1811 W. Sylvester St., Pasco, Washington.
Section 1. The fee for the three degrees shall be seventy nine (79) Dollars and in addition any fees required by the Grand Lodge, which must accompany the petition.
Section 2. If for any reason it becomes necessary to segregate the fees, the fee to accompany the petition of an Entered Apprentice for Second and Third Degrees shall be zero (0) Dollars, and in addition any fees required by the Grand Lodge, and to accompany the petition of a Fellowcraft for the Third Degree shall be zero (0) Dollars, and in addition any fees required by the Grand Lodge.
Section 3. There shall be no fee for affiliation except those fees required by the Grand Lodge.
Section 4. The annual dues of each member shall be forty five (45) US Dollars payable in advance on the first day of January of each year.
There shall be appointed a Finance Committee composed of not less than three members of the Lodge and no claim shall be paid until referred to said Committee, except as provided in Article V.
The Worshipful Master is empowered to draw on the Treasurer for sums not to exceed one hundred (100) Dollars for each draft, for Charitable Purposes, and shall report the same to the Lodge at the next Stated Communication.
Amendments to these By-Laws shall be proposed in writing at a Stated Communication, and if adopted by two thirds (2/3) vote of all members present at a subsequent Stated Communication, shall be immediately effective when approved by the Grand Master, whose action shall be conclusive.
